The holiday season is always a busy and exciting time for us, and this year is no different. In the summer months we get the chance to perform in some truly fantastic venues, and even in some great weather, believe it or not.
We consider ourselves extremely lucky in the sense that doing what we love takes us to so many beautiful venues, and this summer we have the pleasure of performing in various holiday resorts all over the country.
We look forward to these events because holiday parks are fun gigs with family orientated audiences. Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy the show and have a great time. The Entertainments Team have a full schedule of events for the week & the Guest Entertainers are a change of face for the holidaymakers, therefore always a great audience.
For these types of shows artists need to work harder to engage with the audience therefore making them feel part of the show. We do this using sing along, shout back, bring kids on the stage and generally get amongst everyone. This is always warmly received and the audience love it.
Holiday Resort audiences are generally larger and venues are fully equipped for live entertainment with great lighting and big stages, some even look like mini theatres.
In conclusion, our team all love performing at holiday park resorts for the atmosphere. It’s Great! Everyone is in holiday mood & happy to get involved with the shows.
